Yes. We provide both one-off and regular residential and commercial cleaning. Regular cleaning can be arranged weekly, fortnightly or monthly, subject to availability. One-off services are quoted based on the property, condition and agreed scope of work.

Yes. We provide cleaning for offices, workspaces and suitable commercial premises across West London. We’ll review the size, access requirements, cleaning needs and preferred schedule before providing a quote.

Can I combine multiple services in one visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where practical. Services such as end of tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and pressure washing may be combined in one booking. We’ll review the requirements and confirm the scope, timing and total quote before booking.

Do I need to supply cleaning products?

No. We normally bring the professional cleaning equipment and products required for the agreed service. If you would like us to use a product supplied by you, please tell us in advance. We may decline to use any product we consider unsuitable or unsafe for the surface or task.

What happens if I need to change my booking?

Please let us know as soon as possible. Changes made more than 48 hours before the appointment can normally be made free of charge. Different terms may apply to changes made within 48 hours of the booking. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
